VISUO XS812 1080P 2.4G GPS 5G Wifi RC Drone

This xs809s worked very well but after bout dozen flights all the small gears right next to big gear on propeller. They started coming off. Just ride up above the big gear while flying this drone never had hard crash no reason they should be coming off. There seem to be a loose connection some where in it. For no reason it will be sitting hovering good and just take off in a unspecified direction. Some times have take battery out and reinsert it to get it to start up. Probably will return it next week while I can.

I have never flown a drone before and basic controls were easy to learn. I can not get the drone to connect to the wifi android app to see the video, and the SD card slot is not attached securely to the case so I am not able to insert a SD card to record video. I have no idea if the camera even works. The battery life is good and the large led lights makes it easy to tell which way the drone is orientated. Over all a fun toy to learn on before buying an expensive drone, I just wish I could get the camera to work.

Decent speed and flipping option is pretty cool. However all of the gold pieces fell off of the propellers after the first use and those parts are difficult to find. Overall you get what you pay for.

Nice stable drone

A lot of fun but my recommendation? Don’t fly it over a body of water while in head mode. Mine is at the bottom of a lake somewhere. My second purchase was the GPS model so I could get it to come home when out of control instead of land in the water.

Nice, especially for beginners. Documents are incomplete and functions not described, but for the money, not much to complain about.

This drone is actually pretty great! If you are looking for a first drone and don't want one without a camera or one that is overly flimsy this is your best bet. The controls are easy to get used to, the drone operates smoothly, it has its own "trick mode" where it can do flips, the range is pretty good and the battery life isn't terrible. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the small copper caps ontop of the blades, if you bump into something or crash they pop off and go flying.

This was my first drone and I really liked it. I had no trouble with it. The live feed had some lag and it wasn't bur but about 40 feet away but for the price it did good. The controls worked well also. I never tried the return home mode or the gps mode before I lost it 90 feet up in a tree. I think if I had of hit the return home button I could have saved it but it was too late. This drone is extremely light but for the price its a great drone.

Drone came exactly as advertised both batteries had a full charge on them only needed to put batteries in controller and it was in the air. And the shipping was within 72 hours I couldn't believe it was so fast I ordered the evo 4 day's earlier and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The drone itself was extremely light and fast and for the price I don't think there's a better option out there. Batteries that last over 15 minutes and you get two of them just wow .

Great little, foldable drone! It is very easy to fly especially outdoors. A flight time of 20 minutes is fantastic for any drone! It even comes with two batteries!

I will start off my review with I am Part 107 FAA certified drone pilot and fly the DJI Inspire series & Mavic 2 Pro for commercial work. I keep a micro drone at my desk as a distraction from work and a small toy size drone to play/practice in the backyard. I believe that flying these little drones with no GPS, obstacle avoidance, or visual positioning systems are going to make me a better pilot and be able to recover from emergencies on the bigger and more expensive drones. The motors on my Syma X5SW finally died after 4 years of happy flying and crashes in the backyard. So I picked this up to replace it. The Good: I love that it mimics my Mavic 2. I didn’t buy this for the camera and don’t really use it for that but I did play with it on the first flight and its what you would expect from a toy grade drone. It does tilt but only to a 45 degree angle. You need to tilt it by hand before you take off. Haven’t tried the SD card slot yet. After charging the first battery, I fired it up and got it trimmed out in the house and it was rock solid. Stable and fairly quiet. Then took it out and flew around in the backyard. My Syma didn’t have altitude hold so this was a nice upgrade. It does ok and drops if you make hard turns into the wind. Controls are sensitive even at Speed 1. I was able to get use to them quickly but a new drone pilot could get frustrated if flying in a small area. There was a slight breeze and it does get blown around. You’ll need to go to Speed 2 or 3 to counter the wind if you get downwind. Flips are quick and doesn’t lose as much altitude as other drones I’ve seen. Didn’t even bother with return to home since there isn’t GPS on this so how can it work? Auto take off is nice, push the button and you are up just under 3 feet off the ground. Flight time is between 12-15 minutes depending on how windy and hard i’m flying it. The Bad: What I noticed is the drone can over correct after giving it full forward pitch and roll (either direction) and then suddenly let go of the control to neutral. It will abruptly pitch in the opposite direction of the input you were giving it. You need to ease off the controls when flying this. Combine this with a little Yaw input and the drone can quickly get away from you. Conclusion: So after a week flying this everyday in calm, and windy conditions, I love it. I can practice my reverse orientation exercises with this and not risk the Mavic 2 or Inspire. If you own more expensive drones and want something to practice with, looks cool, and can let friends and family fly for fun and not worry about crashing $1600 or more, get this.

Really enjoying this drone. I purchased it as a "DJI" style knockoff to practice flying before I get my new DJI Phantom 3 out and fly it. I am more interested in taking some cool video and photos than actually flying the drone. However, I figured it would behoove me to spend some time flying an inexpensive drone before I take my new Phantom out and promptly stack it up due to inexperience. Thus, the Visuo. Not being an experienced drone pilot, I can only give you what little I see so far, in a couple flying sessions: - Really good flying time (long battery life), and this package comes with two batteries, which is nice - Easy to fly (relatively), which is great for a newbie like me. I fly airplanes (real ones) and learning to fly this has been fairly easy. - Gets moved around easily in light winds. - Not too far of range- maybe 40 paces, but enough if you just want to practice - a couple of still photos from a fly in we just attended are attached. The photo quality is not the greatest but not bad. - Drone is very light, especially when compared to the Phantom 3, which is a beast. - The prop guards are flimsy- one broke on the first crash. - All in all, I was really enjoying it, until the wind picked up and I lost it in a tall tree. Guess I am buying another!! Recommended.

Bought this for my grandson for Christmas but I've been having too much fun with it so I ordered him another one. I guess you never grow up! LOL :-)

This thing is incredible, I love it! I did a lot of research and watched a bunch of YouTube videos trying to find the right drone for me and this is definitely the one. It’s so fun! You can even control it from your phone I didn’t want to purchase it at first because there wasn’t to many reviews but I’m so glade I did !

Very good drone

This is a great drone, it flies well and all the features work. I am getting over 12 minutes of flight time, the drone is very stable even in wind.
